Aaaaaagh it makes me wanna go swimming... but the weather here has been mighty sporadic so can't really plan well :E Anyways I love his happyyaywhee expression, and flips out of the water are always awesome to see done :D Very cool dude.

As far as I know, it's just some crappy little foreign-developed program which some geek converted into a GIF animator.
Easytoon has no frills - or color, for that matter. It's a tiny little program which lets you animate frame - by frame - by frame. That's all. It's so easy to use, in fact, that you literally just draw. People have been known long, potentially profitable portions of their lives doodling with it.
Just google 'Easytoon' if you're interested.
